- Min 3 years’ experience in Hospital/Care Home.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Patient handling training, Care Certifications.
- Patience and ability to keep calm and work well under pressure.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.
- Passionate about delivering first-class care.

Responsibilities:
- Alert to Resident’s Health and Wellbeing.

- Work with Residents and their families to Deliver Tailored care to each Individual.
- Involvement with writing residents’ care plans.
- Ensuring that the resident’s needs and wishes are met.
- Working with other health and social care Professionals to provide Holistic care.
- Recording and Reporting essential information in the residents’ daily reports Accurately
- and Immediately .
- Administering medication under supervision.
- Gently encouraging residents to get involved with recreational Activities.
- Giving feedback to health and social care professionals.
- Helping with washing and Dressing.
- Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
