Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Minimum 6 months UK experience in a similar role within the last year
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, processes, protocol, and standards;
- Patient-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
- Adherence to professional, ethical, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting, assessing, and providing excellent standards of care.
- Providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Performing diagnostics, procedures, and treatments, and ensuring the correct
equipment is available. - Following procedures, protocols, and regulations in a general medical ward.
- Observing, reporting, and recording information on patient care.
- Managing medical records and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation.
- Sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Establishing effective communication channels with patients, families, and colleagues.
